Since the King Kong movie is out, which I've not seen yet, but soon.
I've just want to talk about their game's requirements.

This is there requirement for the standard version...

Supported OS: Windows® 98se/me/2000/xp (only)
Processor: 1.0 GHz AMD Athlon or Intel Pentium III (2.8 GHz Pentium IV or AMD Athlonâ„¢ recommended)
RAM: 256 MB (512 MB recommended)
Video Card: 64 MB DirectX® 8.1 compliant (128 MB recommended) (see supported list*)
Sound Card: DirectX 8.1 compliant
DirectX Version: DirectX 8.1 (DirectX 9.0c included)
Hard Drive Space: 1.5 GB minimum

Which I believe is okay and now for the digital version...

Processor: Pentium IV 3.0 GHZ /AMD 3000+ or better
RAM: 2 GB
Video Card: 3D 256 MB, supporting Pixel shader 3.0 and Vertex shader 3.0
(Supported Video Cards at Time of Release: ATI X1800/NVIDIA 6800 or better)
Sound Card: DirectX9.0C compatible, EAX 3.0
DirectX® Version: DirectX 9.0C
Hard Drive Space: 6 GB minimum

Do you see any differences?
I just don't get as to why do game developers want to make
their requirements so high. Do they even know that we do
not have this type of money just to get new hardware every month or so?

Even some new PCs aren't even able to play this digital version of the game.

yeah well, thats what consoles are for, and besides, i havent seen a good movie based game yet. just save the 500 dollars on computer equipment and buy basically anything else. dont worry, you aren't missing much.

whats this digital version?
