Personally I think its from Magna Carta, but can someone confirm it. Moreover, it would be awesome if someone could supply some links to wallpapers of serados, cause I cant find her on Minitokyo. Thanks.
Isn't she from the serie Bakuretsu Tenshi ? If it is you can find wall about her here
If not I think she ressemble her(forgot her name) very much

I believe you can find that character with the names: Burst Angel, Ugetsu Hakua, or Bakuretsu Tenshi. and your wrong, you can find her on Minitokyo.
