subject says it all....how are you suppose to know what hairstyle perfectly fits
your face?
i mean...of course, we could all be creative enough to choose our own hairstyle
right?but sometimes, the hairstyle we want for ourselves doesn't really look
great on us.....
I think part of it has to do with your face shape.. e.g. People with very round
faces probably should not get a bob cut, as the bobbing short hair will only
accentuate the roundness of the face.
But it's also important, if not more so, to take personality/personal style/aura
into account. e.g. Quiet, calm girls probably shouldn't get wild colors and
spiked short hair. Even if the looks are fine at the first glance, it'll all
seem so wrong once she opens her mouth. ^^
I agree...face shape has a lot to do with how a hair style looks on a
person...if you have a longer face you want longer hair too...also your facial
features play a part as well...
i read jap magazines.. they go to the extent of not only your face shape, but
your texture of hair, whether is it dry or smooth and whether is it thin and
fine or coarse hair..
my face shape is kinda oval round.. & my hair is super baby fine.. so i've
got a very layered cut for volume, otherwise my hair will be very limp..
hmm... i think it would be better if you ask a close friend of of yours, of the
opposite sex (if you're a boy, ask one of your female friends) to accompany you
when you go out to have a haircut, i also agree with juniperberry, when you try
a particular hair style, try to remember the number of compliments that you
recieve. The hair style that gets you the most compliment would be perfect for
you...

I have a longer face, and I tried my hair short...I looked retarded...my sister has a rounder shorter face and she looks cute with short hair!

I just usually let the hair stylist cut my hair any way she wants. I get a new hair style every time I go see her. I'm very happy with it...

Perfect hairstyle? I think if you like it, it goes well with your face shape and if it reflects your personality, you can call it 'perfect'.

Well you start with a shaved head, and then grow it down to your feet, and then look through a photo album of the time for what is best :P
I don't know what goes good with me. I just go with what I like.
