Hiya ^^;
I'm back from vacations and doing my cleaning job as a duplicate hunter...found
some today, only a few...well, going to the point:
I have a list of things that concers me about the gallery:
1.
some members are posting or editing images from artist known but also putting
them in the "unknown" category.
To explain it better, let's say we find a Naru Nanao original character, you
know, a character that does not belong to any series but just an illustration
made by him. The image does appear on the Naru Nanao category but it also
appears in the unknown category because it was categorized as
"unknown" because it doesn't belong to any anime.
Is this valid? I mean, from what i understood of a suggestion that Marissa gave
me is that if we know who the artist is, it should go in the
artist¿'s category ONLY, not in the unknown
category.
If it is valid, I think this produces alot of confussions whenc ategorizing
images since we know who did them but still they are in the unknown
category.
2. About shuffle!
when you go to the Hiro Suzuhira category, you can see the whole shuffle
gallery, including anime images (which it's also confusing since he didn't do
the anime character desgins) though, Shuffle! was also desgined by Aoi Nishimata
(like most of Hiro Suzuhira books, Aoi Nishimata is also a manga-ka in
them...for more information, search for "Heartwork & Joker Type"
which are their nicknames).
My point is, Shuffle! images houldn't appear in Suzuhira's category since Aoi
Nishimata also did half of the characters (the same goes for ToHeart 2, there
are 3 diferent artists working on the same game, which has become a very common
thing. Another example would be Comic Party, where Misato Mitsumi worked
too)
3. About some galleries
like I mentioned before, it is confusing when an anime image appears in an
artist's category because the original character designs where made by him,
though NOT the anime designs.
Is it really necessary that a whole series category appears inside an artist's
category? (though, i know that it would take alot of work to select an image one
by one to clasify them inside the artist's category so yes, it would be easier
to feature the whole category instead of a few images)
4. Quarantine Images in the Wrong
Place
is there a possiblity that i could move those images in quarantine which despite
being dated for deletion, they are located in the wrong category? (sorry if it's
such a dumb request)
that's all. I'm sorry if i'm wrong or confussing in this message.
Oh, and thank you for your time.
