I suggest you try Nero Ultra 7 Edition. It has many applications for video and
audio to suit your multimedia needs. It can also create DVDs and SVCD. Best of
luck with that.
Yep use Nero and you should be able to burn your
video to VCDs.
Either Nero 6 or 7 both can perform the same task.
To do this you must use NeroVision or NeroVision Express.
And update it before you start working on a project.
Also Nero 6 has some problem with certain file format during the encoding.
Make sure you also download the "SMC" patch to fix that error.
BTW: Why VCDs? Some stand alone DVD players does not support VCDs.
first you do not need to use Nero 7...u could if you want...but there's a free
way...it may take a couple of steps but that's the only way of creating a good
quality conversion...if it's only one process...it turns out quite
bad...
check out this link before you go out and buy Nero 7
the program TMPGenc..it's a trial version for only mpeg-2 stuff..so when the
trial expires, you will not be able to create DVD or SVCD from any format though
it will convert files to VCD becasue it's mpeg-1 ....the last part about burning
the vcd with VCDEasy..i personally do not use that program, i just use my
regular Nero burning program..i blelive i have Nero 6..something like that, but
it has the create a vcd function...
do anyone know how to convert any saved videos to Vcd
(or how it can be played in dvd players, and watch it on TV.)
i'll appreciate all those who will help me out...

Well, I do have some problems with resolutions. Sometimes, part of my screen got cut off on DVD as opposed to be on LCD.
Anyone got suggestions?
