Please Help! My free download quota keeps going down without me looking at wallpapers! Please let me know what I can do to fix this.

Well, I didn't look at ANY gallery items recently, and my free download quota has fallen from 30+ to 5! What is going on!?

Maybe from now on the Download Quota will be 5,who knows

No, it means you can view/download 5 gallery items for free. For all subsequent downloads in a 24 hour period your credits will be spent.
