Not bad, has a very past pase. I like the line "im an outcast im me". That pretty much resembles most of my experiances.

The poem is good, but it could definitely been better.
I noticed that you used some words that sounded the same but has different meanings. I noticed some grammar errors, too.

But overall, it's good.
I especially like the last line.
