but i recently submitted a wallpaper and it was put under quarantee...
any reason y? and how can i request for it to be put back?

Check your private messages. You should see a message stating why your wallpaper was put into quarantine.
If you feel this was made in error you may request a moderator reconsider your entry by posting in the Complaints: Deleted images/warnings/bans thread. Make sure you have completely read and understood the first post in this thread as it explains the process for reconsideration.
If an item is in quarantine please do not resubmit it. If a moderator deems that the item was quarantined by mistake they will restore it.

Looking at your walls, I can tell you immediately that "Star Light" will most likely not be reconsidered. You stated in the description that it took you 5 minutes; MT is looking for a minimum of quality, and spending 5 minutes on an image definately is below that threshold. We are looking for images that are planned and where members spend a fair amount of effort perfecting, not just every little doodle you come up with.
