2.how do u create pixeled anime pictures? i

Well, for how to draw chibis, there are a few good tutorials on the net... try
searching Google with the keyword "Chibi drawing tutorials" or
something, or take a look at howtodrawmanga.com. As for pixeled anime
pictures... do you mean vectors? I'm sure there are some good tutorial sites on
that, too... Check out the sticky thread on this forum section entitled
"tutorial sites". Hope this helps!
