The free download quota can't be increased. It has been set to 5, and the only
way to change that would be a decision of the administrators.
Credits are earned by contribuating (writting posts of more 50 chara, receiving
posts from uploads etc). Read the links I've posted for more information.

Well I am new in here too and i am quite lost in minitokyo. I have been trying
to earn points posting scans but all it did was discount my points and nothing
more.
I am quite confused about the system and i know they dont explain it bit by bit
so people cannot take advantage of it but for those who only wants to learn, its
quite frustating sometimes.
