Does this wallpwpaper matches the rules?

To be honest I think I have seen worse (by worse I mean more adult risky, not low quality!) on here since the rule change. But they might be ones that just haven't been taken down yet

I think you should work on your extraction, there are still white edges on the outlines.
The background looks a bit "untidy" as well, I think the outlines of your hearts should be more clear.
I don't know if that's already too much nudity ^^'
