No, the Character Design for Tiny snow surgar is done by Kawashima Keiko and
Pita Ten is done by Kyuta Sakai.
Just reading your list - it seems you are more a manga fan - though I could be
wrong... I'm a big fan of Clamp and I love Alice 19th too - although I've only
read a bit of the manga!
