Well; this is sad. My Wallie got deleted..oh well. But what I dont get is that so many people liked my wallpaper, and adding it to their fav's list. And it Still got deleted!

Im guessing a moderator or admin deleted that wallpaper because either the resolution was bad, it was way too grainy and badly saved, too simplistic, and seemed like people wouldnt want to add it to their desktop.

My guesses though.

well, I guess the mod deleted it was because this wall is not saved at higher resolution. Also, this wall is poorly made and doesn't really show effort. so i'm saying you should probably work on it more and take some time on it.
Go to Imanimetions, they have some nice wall and background tuts. This site also have some nice tuts you can use for backgrounds, but the tuts are only for ps7.

I agree with soujiokita. That could've been the reason. But if you want to know for sure what the reason was, you could just ask the one who deleted it maybe Botchii.

Um, let me give you an advice. Show some creativity and effort. Or effort at least. ^__^ Complicated and creative wallpapers/drawings will always be appreciated. As for this particular wallpaper, it is absolutely effortless. Sorry, but one can easily find plenty of these on the web. It's nothing special, besides, as it was said, the wallpaper is effortless. You simply took someone's drawing, erased the edges and added some text. 2 minutes. This is not something to be appreciated.

My advice would be this: look at other people's work, try to draw, be creative and practice. Then your work will definitely be appreciated! ^___^ Please understand that this is something you have to work hard for.

not really, this is not the thing, simplistic wallpapers can still be appreciated. Look at mine.

this wallpaper suffers so much from lack of effort, and to be added to the fav list simply means it was fav whore In my honest opinion, I will not lie or be gentle that is fact.

First, the wallpaper is blurry, grainy, the resolution is poor.
It is small, the white is pale, and seemingly uninviting
the scan is poor and unextracted and entirely slap on from the original background, which makes it very sad to view. There was no effort.
Then, add a line of text, which was poor in construction and it was not even defined with effort, which is sadly the case.
Now, let us move on to the Background, it needs a lot more than that to be called simple effort, clean up the white, try to define it, not blur it.
Try to add some elements to the wallpaper itself. For now, if I am to put this wallpaper on my desktop, it will simply make me depressed.
Why? the color is just not there, the specialty is not seen.
Everything about it needs changes.
Try these tips that is provided, look up some tutorials and begin your journey.
Always remember this, I am no pro, I have been rejected before too.

Well it is nice, but a little too plain to me... Maybe the white there wasn't good enough for them.... or its just that its too "beginnerish" to them... I don't think so since I had a wallpaper that I made and it was made out of paints so it looked bad... I don't know how to make a good wallpaper myself so I don't know if this is really bad or good...

Mm... I'd like to point out that besides the simplicity of the wallpaper, which is generally associated with low effort, your size of wallpaper is just wrong... A typical wallpaper of that size is 1024 x 768 while yours is just 1 pixel off on both sides. Some people do like it simple, but basically your wallpaper is just a white background with a picture put on top and some brushes to it.

Yea, I agree that the background needs more color. Having a bunch of white is painful on the eyes.

Too many people consider that a wallpaper is more abstraction than other thing. too many people are wrong, they feel as artists, when they are using the art of another person, something really silly.

I think your wallpaper was enough good but it should have better worked some aspects other user have commented. I think a wallpaper does not need too many work when you have a cool and clean image. Wallpapers are only clean images to make our desktops cool, the abstraction kill our eyes and only some people, included the author of the aberration undestand it.

The ones which should be removed are those ugly a poor abstract wallpapers, those that uses photoshop filters such as clouds difference. Whit this said... all is in the hands of the people who are behind MT. They may have more or less criteria, anyways they are persons and as persons they have different points of view.

If you want to get your wallie onsite, put some abstraction on it LOL, add some ugly brushes or filters and you will se how they will ignore the wallpaper and people could download it if they like it of course hehehe. They tend to look at thumbnails, so if they see any clean image, plaf! they press the delete button and they give as is commonly given the response you got.

A thumbnail with some disorder pass without too many problems. The fact is in the whole galleries, you just need to have a look, that's all.

Now as suggestion for your wallpaper, try to don't use a white color, use instead of white a soft color, a warm one with a palette according to the image. The image you have here is a bit blurred, maybe is due to your jpeg compression and people don't understand it. Jpg can soft the images and give blur. If not, use a plugin for photoshop like Asiva Sharpen and soft or nik sharpener pro. ther are too many plugins to make images more focused but better than using the standards photoshop plugins.
