how do you celebrate the lenten season?
I went to a Lenten service this Wednesday with my family. Some of my friends were there also. I went up to the altar and had the ashes put on my head.
Also I gave up something for Lent...
can someone enlighten me about wats Lenton? more info pls..:)
Lent ...A period of of spiritual sanctification for ones self through reperation, alms, fasting, reconciliation. ...And for forgiveness.
You also usually give up something as Vantism had inferred. I didn't know Lent was also called Lenten Season, but okay.
So what would you normally give up? As in is it possible to give up "giving up things for lent?"
Haha, well Christians give up something err... that they like for lent. Here is some info. Now back to how Christians celebrate lent.
