When I just finished off my government examinations papers.. I felt a great
pressure were immediately lifted up from my shoulder and I should have those
relax and calm feelings instead..
Soon after i reached home suddenly this feelings of disappointment rushed into
my brain and i was repeatedly asking myself, "Why didn't I study well
before the exams?!".. At that moment i was filled with lots of guiltiness
till the day of announcing the examinations results. The day before it announced
I was feeling such great nervousity that I never encountered before.. I couldn't
concentrated of what I'm doing and the whole day i was just like a zombie
watching the television set without moving a single cells.. That night i
couldn't falls asleep and i just wake up till the next day..
My hands were shaking when I'm taking my breakfast. The worst scenario were when
the teachers announcing the names and those names were asked to come forward and
collect a piece of paper. That piece of paper was the results for the exams. I
was the third person to be called up and when they hands out the paper they were
smiling at me. I was wondering if i passed the exams or failed. Then, the attack
of nervousity began as i was to read that paper. I just wished that piece of
paper got burned right away so i won't know my results. As i saw my friends were
getting so excited by what they saw on that piece of paper, I began to have an
interest to look at it and little by little the feelings of nervousity were
slowly coming out from my thoughts.
Then... I finally got the results that I've waited for soooo long! I've passed!
That was the GREATEST moment in my life so far..
My last big test in
school....
ohhh i learned so much and then waiting for result...
oh my goodness my friend said "calm down you learned so much it sure will
be good!" but i didnt stopped to walk up and down and i got sweaty and sooo
nervous... then i got the result ... here it is a 2 ... thats an B in america...
i said nothing when i went home... and at home i screamed not something special but what a feeling... unbelievable...
and waiting for other things like something from ebay or writing a letter to my
friend when hes on holidays...
Unfortunately, I'm the type of person that gets nervous with almost anything. ^^
tests, quizzes, examinations, audition results... you name it! At our school, we
get tests almost every day and examinations every term. (a long pause in between
right now because I'm watching Korean drama and a great and important person
just died............. and everyone's crying... aww I really liked him) anyways,
sorry for getting waaay off topic. So, every time I get back a test, I pray and
hope because I usually really try my best. Yes, I guess you can tell I get very
very VeRy vErY VERY nervous. But that's life. I think it's good because without
tension in life, there's no fun. But be careful not to get too nervous all the
time like me, because the doctor says it's very unhealthy for you. I'm not in
very good condition right now..^^ But that's okay, see you later~
(drama's very disturbing, they're still crying.....)
I would get a little nervous if I didn't study at all for the test but I tend to
not bother with it much. For me I feel that once it's done just let it be, don't
get caught up with regret or anxiety. Nothing can be achieved by being thinking
over something that won't change.
Yes... I get really nervous... well maybe not as nervous as you but I dread
getting results bad. If I did study, then I'm not as nervous but other then that
I'm just a mess of nerves right before we get back the results.... >.>
Oh goodness yes, I know what you mean! I hate sitting in my seat, waiting as the
test are passed to the students. My heart pounds so hard sometimes that my
eardrums feel like they're going to burst. Right now I'm waiting to find out if
how I did on my math final. It's the only grade I'm really worried about. But
ya, I know what you mean. ^_^
yea definitely, waiting for results is really nerve racking....I mean everytime
I get results online its just scary enough scrollig down to the results
page....but when you've done well it becomes a big relief
finding out what i get after finals is the most stressful thing in the world...
at first i thought high school finals were nerve-wrecking...but college finals
are like 10x worse
Those are just numbers, you're not stupid for getting low grades... I dont
consider grades and exams something to worry about, just take those things easy
and study for a while... remember you can always take those exams again...
i get nervous. if it's something where i have to wait a while for the results
though, it usually goes away. but if i'll hear the results soon afterwards, i'll
be nervous the entire time.
No, I don't get nervous. That's because I usually know how I did on the test -
bad, medium or good, so I pretty much know what my scores will be like. So I'm
rather calm and prepared. Till now I was right every time, I hope I will from
now on also.
I usually don't get nervous over results because you basically know how your
gonna do on a test by the questions asked. If you find it hard then you might
fail but if not you probably passed.
the nervousness, it's always there, especially at those moment where I'm waiting
for something important such as exam result and such. No matter how confident or
how well I did in the exam. I always nervous about it.
This happened 3 years ago..

If it was anything to do with tests then I did indeed get nervous because I usually had a feeling about how I did on it.

no, most of the times i know i failed from the beggining so my minds at ease.
Yeah sometimes but I don't need to I usally pass any way
I get anxious if it's a really important test or my grade depends on it, but if it's a regular thing then I don't care about it all that much.

Only with finals, or really important tests. Especially for PSATs and SATs.
somehow..bt i kinda expected wat i'll get 4 my grades after every paper so i usually wont feel tt nervous..

I don't really get nervous. I set my expectations on low in terms of the mark I get. So, I don't worry about it.

I agree with you Kyoo69, thats the same for me. You should know what you will get if you study, otherwise you will be nervous if you don't.
