Well, I never really liked to draw and I barely did so. But some time ago I was
bored and decided to draw a anime character. I was surprised because it actually
turned out good! Since then I'm thinking about getting a little into drawing,
practicing, getting some theory etc but I can't find the time right now :/
I've always loved drawing, but I'm not particularly good at it. I'm a much
better photographer and writer than I am a traditional artist.
Personally, I disagree with you about drawing, because I'm so much better at
photography. I can't explain why I feel that I'm better at photography, but
everything just feels "right" when I have a camera in hand instead of
a pencil.
i really enjoy drawing, i practice everday and i show it to other people to how
much i'm getting better at it, i'm not sure how good i am at it matters on how
people look at it really
I love drawing doujinshi. I'm always showing my friend the newest picture that I
drew, and he humors me. However, I can't post any either because I don't have a
scanner. I think I'm fairly good at it. I like how my work comes out. But
they're not original art. They're redrawing of other artists' work. I'll
consider myself good when I can make my own and actually like it. Haha.
i've been drawing ever since i was 3, and its the best thing in my life. i do a
lot of life drawing and potraites, particularly in pencil or guache. i design
manga characters once in a while.
Well, I really really LOVE to draw.
It's my hobby. I could easily express myself through drawing. I have a lot of
collection of my works ,and I'd really like to submit them here at Minitokyo.
Too bad that I don't have a scanner at home...^_^
This would be gonna to be a bit long.. Don't say i didn't warned you
before!
Drawing is my no.1 talent. I'm not trying to say I'm something like a God of
drawing or whatever. I was born ed with this talent and I already archived the
level of a child age between 7-10 during my first year of kindergarten. I was 5
year old at that time. At first i only knew how to draw Ninja Turtles but
without the turtle's shell on the ninja and the ninja does not have the turtle's
face with it. Instead it had a human face. Ok, when a young child at age 5,
he/she would have been mistaken a normal human ninja with Ninja Turtle and I was
the one of the type.
Now, I'm going to tell you how i discovered my talent. When, I'm 5 year old I
had a note book with lines with me all the time and i was very busy drawing
'Ninja Turtles' on it during the recess time. Then, a girl sitted beside me
started to draw a human face which have the shape of jaw and the drawing was a
girl face. All of my friends were looking at her drawing and I was attracted to
look at her drawing as well. I was amazed by her drawing and stunt! I tried to
referred her drawing with mine.. and it was totally a BIG difference in my
drawing compared to her.
Then, i tried to learn to draw a human face with the jaw's shape. Immediately, i
was able to cope with her drawing and since then, I could draw anything that i
wanted to. My best talent would have to be drawing and my colouring skills were
came after i mastered the drawing skills bout 3-4 years later.
During my school days (until graduate), I always received trophies, medals, and
lots of participation certificates. I always scored the best score in art
subject. There would be someone who would eventually ask you:"Where did you
learn to draw?" Each time i heard this question I would think bout that
girl who sitted together with me during kindergarten days.. It is she who taught
me how to draw. Unfortunately, i already forgot her name and maybe her look as
well.. Sob.. sob..

Sigh..
I don't have a scanner either! I only have it 2 years ago when my relative
borrowed it from his friend for the 2 whole years!
Well, his friend has almost forget he borrowed it to us until he needed it to do
a project. He must had a very good memory.. ^^
Personaly I love drawing so much! ! ! ! I think it is the best thing to pass
your time creatively! I Love drawing-scething and if you like you can visit my
gallery to see a few of my doujinshies! ! ! If anyone things that drawing is the
worst . . . He/She is an idiot! ! ! !
see i can't really tell ... i know that i'm good compared to some people out
there and i know that i terribly suck at art compared to others. on top of that
some people have the talent others don't. and i'd say that i do not have the
talent for it because everything i achieved until now i had to work hard for,
it's not like you take a pencil and out pops mona lisa you know. so i'm working
on it but i wouldn't call it the "best thing i'm good at".
I LOVE drawing though i'm not good enough in drawing but i love trying my best.
Drawing is the best way for me to release my tension ^^. *Luckily, thanks to
Pijo-senpai who teach me the ez/right way of drawing doujinshi*
I'd say that from what I heard in art class I am better than half the people out
there. I'm not the greatest though. I spend alot of time erasing my mistakes and
making them better. That's how I draw. I find it fun to draw.
I admire those who try to draw and those who can draw really well ^-^ I've
always loved to draw, but I've never actually put my all into an artwork before.
These days, I just draw my comic characters, do fanart, etc. I'm more on the
comic-style illustration versus realism---which I totally admire. I believe
realism art is the most advanced since it captures life the best compared to any
other type (in my opinion). I'm just an amature who loves to draw comics, so I'm
just fine with that route.
I like to express myself through writing and drawing, which are really great
arts. Hopefully, I can combine them into my career one day ^-^
I love to draw but I lack the time for it with school :[ I started drawing in
the middle of last year and improved somewhat but people are just plain hard to
draw for me no time to practice it really
i do like to draw, i would call myself the best but im pretty good. i like to
draw anime characters. my friends say im really good. i would submit some here
but it don't have a scanner.

I love to draw but i am self concious about my work so i dont really know how good i am. thats kind of a hard thing to gauge yourself anyway.
