Personally my favorite band is Nickelback. i guess i think in that kind of melancholy way, but i am also a fan of bands like smashmouth and Gorillaz. I am pretty spontanious and fun.

So my question is, does your music reflect your personality?

it used to be rap and used to hate rock. but somehow i like rock now, i still like rap but rock is better. favorite band GORILLAZ, im not sure about reflecting my personality. you tell me.

I dont have a favorite style,when I like a music,I listen it.

i like to listen to rock most of the time, i listen to rap, metal & pop once in a while

i listen to mostly alternative rock, and pretty much everything except for country music. enjoy hiphop, R&B and rap, and J-rock.

my favourites are Three Days Grace, Linkin Park, Coldplay, Blink 182, Green Day, The Vine, Damien Rice, Miyavi, Simon & Garfunkel and the list goes on.

i think the music reflects or affects the mood rather than reflects the personality...actually, it works both ways.

I really like boys with guitars! Haha! That sounds so silly, but most of the music that rotates in my IPod are guys with guitars. Not to mention acoustic. I LOVE acoustic music. Just a lovely voice and a guitar.

But I like a little bit of everything. I just put that ^ comment because it's the majority right now. I think it reflects a little bit of a person's personality, but their mood more. Both ways like V-sayo said.

My kinda music is techno and trance mainly. I don't mind hip-hop, rap, rock, and etc.. but techno does it for me.

When I was younger I was also into Old School Hip Hop, today I still appreciate Eminem (but not 50cent). Then I loved electronica like the prodigy, snake river conspiracy and marilyn manson as well. I alway was into Indirock too - the soft and the hard - music for all kind of moods. American Folkrock and even Jazz is good for driving car, godsmack's good when you're angy, Nothing Else Matters is good for making love- I like german rock, german punk and so on.
Boygroups- I was never into it. Britney Spears -> see P!nk (love P!nk)
Jpop, Visual Kei and stuff: Sorry I don't hear this stuff!

I do hear Music up to 10 hours a day while working- there is a lot of music in the world- some people spend their money to cigarettes and beer, I spend mine to itunes music store...

Anything jazzy, classical or R&B for most of the time. Other than that, may be Christian Pops.

I can listen to just about anything, except rap, hip-hop, and country.

I generally listen to everything else. Evanescence, Hoobastank, All-American Rejects, Within Temptation.... then some foreign stuff, like Utada Hikaru, Ayumi Hamasaki, move, Gackt, Origa, Ilaria Graziano....

My favourite is punk, but all the others are fine. I don't really like some latin music, but it's just because the lyrics are... offensive in some way...

mine is mostly rock and techno.linkin park is my favorite band. they're the only band i listen 2.

Rock of all sorts i like System of a Down, Slipknot, AC/DC ( just look at my username ) OZZY, and i like some of the older stuff like Motley Crue ( old albums, their new one sucks! ) Guns 'n' roses....... and i like Elton John.....{ insert awkward silence here}

I like anything as long as it has a good beat and it makes you feel like you want to move along to it!
