This is a REALLY nice wallpaper in terms of quality.
I'm not too sure why it was deleted, but I think it's because it's a bit empty
on the left, and the fact that you only used a cloud brush (?) probably lead to
the deletion.
This wallpaper doesn't actually need too much more work on it.
Suggestions:
* Put the character on the top of a cliff. Put some mist in front of him where
his feet are
* Get some texture brushes to go over the clouds. Maybe a few very soft tints of
yellow could work. Or purple.
* Create a bit of a scenery below on the left (distant mountains poking through
clouds).
If you're not too sure, you can enquire about this in the official complaints
thread. But I think all you need to do is just add a little something to the
left and it should be okay
