Well I can tell you that the age ratings for both Eureka 7 and Ah! My Goddess
(2nd season) are Teenager (May contain bloody
violence, bad language, nudity) although my personal opinion is that both
shows are quite tame.
Your profile says you're 13, so I'm guessing you wanna make sure the shows
aren't too mature for you. I'd say you'll be alright watching them ^^

well Eureka 7 is a good choice if you want a great story with excellent
characters. The only fansub group that's currently subbing E7 is Nanashi
fansubs. They're a HQ fansub group (ie they try to release only the best quality
fansubs). E7 has also recently started airing on Adult Swim. I've heard good and
bad things about the dubbed version, but I've only seen the subbed version so I
can't really comment on it.
Ah! My Goddess season 2 has just started and is basically a continuation of the
first season. It's pretty mushy sentimental comedy-romance, which is why I love
it ^^. If you haven't seen the first season, then I suggest you watch that
first.

extremely well maintained and up to date and will provide with most of the
information you'll need about an anime.
BTW when i said "mature" I meant as in mature rating (like 18+), like
copious amounts of nudity, blood and swearing.

Why not try anime encyclopedia? Its a pretty good site that tell you the summary and if its like romance, comedy, for mature people, and etc.
