After joining this group, I realize that this group going to R.I.P, if you
understand what I mean.
Plus, all member is the group staffs? I dont think that was a nice idea.
So, for the group niceness, I decided to move some people to the member
status.
I will decided which one with seeing, how much people that replying my
thread.
okay, that's good, i think we should throw a contest to know who should be in
the group staff, and check the member that's not onl for 8-10weeks to normal mem
or del them ^^. Is that okay?
Finally! I was wondering when someone was going to do something! We should throw
a contest with... the best snow pictures (creative, huh?), before we do any of
the other kind of contests! I mean that is the theme of the group! Is
my idea a little too blah? Anyway, thanx (mikie) for finally trying to do
something with the group!
the one can stay in the group staff is not only the one that love snow the most
or can make the most beautiful banner, the most important thing that that one
can be active as much as possible, and have the great skill in management, lets
think about that ^__^

Yesterday as I went to add some people for the group, I saw that many were more
than 8 weeks without entering in MT, I agree with Nolove when she says that some
people have to be removed.
yea, the group's kinda dead...since last year i joined this group.
umm, i don't really mind who's the real owner now, as long as the group is still
alive =^^=
yea, i agree with some of the members here...we should have some contest so that
the members will notice that the group is still alive! lol.

Snow and ice are peaceful things..and like shouldnt matter about admins/mods,
demotions ..'just want to be in a group where you can belong, where you can be
with open heart and clear soul or you are one who likes solitude on a snowy
field, join freely' hmm and 'Everyone is equal and you do not have to be higher
level or do anything extra if you do not want to in this group.' Im not
suggesting anything..but the group used to be equal lol. Reviving the group is
important also, i like u pplz courage and ill support it..The competeion sounds
great fun!
It's sad that some groups tend to die off...this being one of them, kind of. I
think it's because being a member of this group is more of a statement about
what kind of weather you enjoy, so there's only so much a person can say. I
enjoy the chilly weather, walking and playing in the snow, etc., and that's why
I joined this group in the first place. How many times can you really say that
you enjoy that sort of weather...? That's what makes it difficult to be active
in this group. Keeping that in mind, you need to remember that just because a
person's not posting in the guestbook doesn't mean that they don't still like
the weather.
I don't think making everyone a staff member was a bad idea, really. It was a
good attempt to help people feel welcome in the group, and to give them a sense
of belonging. It kept everyone on an equal level ("Everyone is
equal"), and that's always a nice feeling to have. But if you feel the need
to purge the group, then I don't suppose anyone is stopping you, so have it it.
*shrug*
And as for having some sort of competition (you know, to settle the whole staff
thing), I don't necessarily think it's a bad idea...but at the same time, you
have to remember all the people who make up the group. Everyone's got different
talents, so if there were a contest, you'd have to make sure it's mutually fair
to everyone.

It is the First time that i am Here after 3 Weeks.
I have much work in my own Life so i really dont have time to "make
something fancy" for the Ice and Snow group, but i always like this Group,
for sure.
I really liked it too that everyone have much Permissions to do something here,
im always a friend of "Open Systems"
I really don´t mind the new Changes but do the Right.

Well, i think what you want to do is ok but, you should let the real owner of the group have his/her word. After all he/she created it.

Oh no.I liked being part of the staff...Well,I'm lazy so that was eventually going to happen.
My fellow members are thinking of deleting nonactive members,so I'd better do something quick...If there's a compettion,I'm joining!
