Bah! I don't know how long I've been working on this... I seem to have gotten to a point where I don't know how to go one... And I don't even really like it anymore.... I wanted a city in the background, but I can't get the right one to fit the character, and now I can't even look at the face without cringing.

Eh... I guess I'm asking if you think I should continue with it or just scrap it and maybe start over. If you think I should keep working on it... advice as to how would be nice...

hmmm.... i think that picture is ok but it realy needs something.... and try do something with hair.... hard to say what it needs but try other hair style if you want and then make it look more "wild" or something hard to say but try something and if it won't work then start over... but it's good only need something wild with it... thats my opinion don't know if it helps

ok u shold remove the sidewalk, the hair needs to should be more vertical. Now if ur going for a wind effect for the hair, most of the hair needs to be down by her legs with a few strands that come off. Her body just isn't human enough, try to play around with muscle structure(mostly with her upper body). The head seems fine, the hair is the thing u should work the most on. Good luck with ur art!

I really like the clothes, I do agree with MasterDrew, the sidewalk should be removed.
I really imagine this like in a forest, with grass around her legs
