hmm i'm in singapore and we have summer all year through, literally.so finding
ice is hard, much less ice large and thick enough to skate on.so even though we
do have an ice-skating rink(3 in total i think), its not a particularly
convenient sport.
i do ice-skate, only i really suck at it due to the lack of practice, and from
what i've experienced, i prefer skiing to ice-skating.i'm not really a fan of
ice-skating probably cos...i don't like the enclosed feel to it
Ice skating is great. ^^ I do it as often as possible in winter. I'm far from
professional but I think it is a lot of fun as soon as you don't fall down every
few steps *smile*
I also love watching ice skating competitions in TV. It's so beautiful!
I wish I were able to do this, too. *sigh*
ACK ice skating is SO FUN! I went ice skating for the first time on my birthday
because I was weird and decided that for my birthday party I should do something
I have never done before and I FEL IN LOVE WITH IT..@________@...My friend
always get together on weekends some days of the month to go ice skating, even
though the nearest rink is 45 minutes away..........so...so...fun.
i LOVE watching ice skating, but i'm so sad that i can't skate well. the only
time that i have, i fell all over the place. =( but yeah, it's such a beautiful

Now Singapore only gt one ice skating place in jurong, i love ice skating! Erm
if you want to knw some tips, why don`t you ask the trainer there? Maybe they
will tell....
I hadn't ice skated since I was like 3, mainly because I live in Australia. But
I went this year and picked it up in 30mins and I loved it, want to do it more
when I move to Cali!
I'm no professional, but I like to ice skate. I like to speed past people, but
I'm not too fast. I'm trying to work on skating backwards. I don't get how that
completely works out, so if anyone has anything to say about it, please speak
up.
I do! I'm not a pro at the sport, but I certainly do like ice-skating! It's
exhilerating. Watching ginban kaleidoscope made me realise the beauty of skating
on the ice;p
lol i really bite at ice skating... frist i thought it was kind of like
rollerblading but i thought wrong. I was trying to go for a 360 spin and lean
too forward and i crash and burn. So yeah can't help you on any tips besides
don't lean too forward.
I've only gone once or twice, mostly to rinks for a friend's birthday; however,
I do find it very enjoyable, but mostly I just inline skate now, since I'm not
sure where to find a rink for ice skating! .
Hockey, when I do it, is fun... though I'm the only one who's really into the
game (my classmates barely moved during class!).
How i wish i could do that, but with so much work thats not possible, i love
snow, talking about snow it make want some ice cream,
gotta go to the store.
