first : The two Golden sun, because "tle lost age" continue the first opus,so They are at the same place for me.

second : sword of mana, I like all the mana game (secret of mana, seiken densetsu 3), so this remake is good, even if seiken 2 and 3 are better

Metroid Fusion and Zero Mission, the three Castlevania and Megaman Zero games. Boktai is also quite good.

Golden Sun 1 and 2 probably the best games for GBA out there up to date

Megaman Zero 2 - It's hard for some but it's a definite thrill and I dig it.

This is very tough for me. I would like to say Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire, but I really really enjoyed the Golden Sun series. Because I am a greater fan "Final Fantasy-like" RPGs, I will go with Golden Sun.
