your credits are down probably because you might have download too many images.
you only get 5 free image download per 24 hours. after you use your 5 then it
cost you credits to download any more.
to get more credits is one of minitokyo secrets, so i cant answer that. but i
have noticed that the more your particpate, like in groups and threads and the
more feedback you recieve your credits go up.
ok last question. to submit any wallpaper, scans, or vectors to minitokyo's
gallery go to your "control panel" located in the first box that has
your username on it. then in around the middle area, i think, there are boxes
that says submit whatever and you click on the box that pretains to what you
want to submit. after that its pretty much self-explanitory.
but if you still need help please do ask. i would love to help but i only have a
limited knowledge of this place so i will try to do my best. i hope that help

oh that's right. submitting any images in minitokyo costs credits. so i guess if
you have a negative something as a credit then you can submit anything just yet.
you're going to have to wait unil your credits goes up first. so i guess like i
said earlier to gain credit participate in groups and stuff. hope that also
helped. hope you dont mind but i'm going to add you to my friend list. that
should give you a credit or a credit 1/2 a credit.

as for your question about the groups: go to the group-page of the group you'd
like to join and then you'll have the opportunity to click the "apply for
group" button on the left side (under options I think) ^^
like Lura-Sharal said if you want to join a group then go to the
"groups" link located at the top if the page. from there you will be
taked to page with all of minitokyo's groups and they will be classifed, more or
less, and just pick a classifiaction that tantalized you taste and it will give
you the groups under that classification. then just hit the "apply for
group" botton located on the left hand side if oyu feel you like that
group.
as for me i dont remember all my groups that i am a part of but if you go to my
userpage it will be on there. well i am glad to hear that you want to join the
groups here. its a good way to make friends and earn participation credits =]
