eer get the felling nothing you say matter like nothing you say is important
people just seem to interupt you when you are talking and could care less of
what your saying please share
Yeah, I get that feeling a lot. My
parents always do that to me. I hate it. X_x They yell at me all the time
anyway, and even when they're being nice it's like that. Kinda makes me mad, but
hurts my feelings at the same time, you know?
...Don't know what else to say...
Yeah I guess so. But mostly im just quiet. Im more of a listener than a talker.
Probably because I dont think it would make much of a difference nor is it any
important. But mostly because later i might regret mentioning it in the end
Trust me. It's not a good feeling at all. Most people think i'm too not
important to make a difference. So I say whatever and move on with my life. By
any chance if you are bothered by it, don't let it bother you.
Rude people, that.
You could always "Please don't interrupt when I'm speaking, it's rude, and
I do have something important to say."
Happens to me every so often. I usually just let them finish then I say what I
have to say. If they don't listen, it's their lose.
I don't let it bug me. They're not worth the feeling.
The fact that I've been interrupted so many times has led me to believe that is
why I stammer a lot. Other than that, it's poor-self control; the people who
interrupt can't see beyond what they think, can't see the importance of letting
others speak. Obviously, they weren't raised to respect others. It could also be
that the interrupters have very low self-esteem, and have to butt in on
everything just to make themselves feel important, when really, all they're
showing is how immature they are. Or they're just delusional about how important
they are. People like that make me sick.
Most of the time people just ignore me, as I mentioned on other posts in other
threads I have no friends, so that's a big issue.
Another thing that happened is that i told one guy at work a joke, he didn't
find it very funny at the time, but then in the lunch room, he tells it,
everyone laughs, then he pawns it off like it's his, or I'll just say something,
nobody else hears it, but then he does, then he says it, sometimes two days
after I say it, of 2 seconds after I say it, it's really annoying.
its probably because i talk kinda softly, or because i'm the kind of person who
gets forgotten easily, but yea i get ignored.a lot.which is probably why i tend
to communicate better online, like on msn, cos then, they actually read what i'm
saying
but i've learnt to just move on with life instead of get pissed over getting
ignored its much less stressful that way.besides, i don't really care much
about those kind of things
Well, I'm not sure about everything I say, but certainly my opinions don't seem
to matter to my mother. She interupts whatever it is I'm doing to ask for my
opinion on something, and in the end she just totally ignores it and goes with
whatever she thinks. Man, I can't believe her.
yeah...i feel that way most of the time i'd be
talking, then someone would interrupt and i'll then be ignored. i just shut up
after that...then a few minutes later they'll ask something like, 'you haven't
said anything at all' or 'why are you so quiet?'. i just smile and shake my
head. i guess i'm a little soft sometimes...but sometimes i get really loud and
my friends will be like 'wow, i didn't realize you could be that loud!'
