so... *coughs* yeah. That doesn't even include my regular spending...
I've got about $150-200 worth of figures sitting on my dresser, all bought at
various times. And my Terminus typeR808 model is on the way as I type. CAN'T
WAIT!
Lets see been collecting anime for 8 years now.
675 DVDs at a cost of ~$9,900 (Manufacturer Suggest Retail Cost is ~$22,000, but
I shop at high volume discount places)
20 or so random DVD's = about 300$
20 or so DVD Box Sets at about 100$ a piece = 2000$
300 Manga Books: At an average of about 10$ a book that puts me at
3000$
A total of about 5300$

anime DVDs - roughly 1000$ (got 2 DVDs for free one from a contest and another from a screening draw)

I would spend more if I had it. But every time I can, I buy lots of anime, manga and magazines.

Depends on what catigory your talking about, if it came with a barcode or full blown cost associated with collecting/watching etc.

Unlicenced Anime storage (downloaded stuff) - anime only

so forth an so on...
there's more but its more of an indirect cost of the anime experiance.
Jeebuz... everyone is a big spender. I only so far spent around $300 worth of anime.
around 400-500$ on anime and I only have around 30 movies @_@ its so expensive

I'm at about 1200 with DVD's, about another 250 with magazines. Until I get a better paying job though, the spending is going on hiatus.
