just wondering here , what
do you all guys in MT do to relieve that stress that daily, routinary life
brings... I myself find it pretty relaxing to.... shoot, yeah that's right.
nothing better than going out with my friends to play a good paintball match,
and boooy I simply love those session at the shooting range...

Listen to music on my comp, watch my anime DVDs, sci-fi (ex: Enterprise and
Stargate SG1),and start coming up with fanfic parody ideas (not much of a writer
though).
Relaxing...*ponders* I guess drawing...or cleaning the house. ^^; Yeah...the
after-effect of seeing a clean house is an awesome calming atmosphere that can
MATCH NO OTHER!
Swimming's good too. Especially in an empty pool where you can hear nothing
other than your own splashing and where you can see nothing but ripples of water
from your own gliding.

play badminton and put all my anger, sadness, stress, and whatever it is i'm
feeling into all of my shots especially in my smashes ^_^;;
listen to music and if ever write...
There is no problem in the world (including stress) that cannot be solved by the
proper application of high explosives.
Exercise is a great stress reliever.
I tend to watch AMVs. Specialy some of the more dramatic ones. Then depending
what games I currently have on my PC I'd start a scirmirsh or something and just
basically blow the living faeces out of everything. Very soul satisfying, big
explosions.
Eat ice-creams .. It somehow make me feel very happy and forget about the stress
or any sadness or anger .. But that doesn't mean i only eat ice-cream when I am
stress only, I do eat them, somtimes ^^ but its just that when I am in stress or
bad mood, ice-cream is the best medicine for me
i like to play some obscenly violent video games where i can take out my
unrequited rage on some imaginary baddies.....
Also i like to go to batting cages, or get into some wrestling matches with my
friends. Driving around blaring the radio late at night also works wonders for
me...........untill the cops show up to give you a ticket on sound violations

I used to train Krav Maga, so when the world seems to hate me, I simply attack
the punchbag. There are some vulnerable spots in the human body: temple, nose,
larynx, sternum... training leads to mastery
@crywolf89: These games are nothing compared to what you can make with some
skills to someone who has less skills
I also tend to eat then I'm stressed... but my metabolism keeps me fit
hehe... it's interesting what some people do for stress relief, not that it's
weird or anything...
now... due to recent, umm... lack of funds, I have stopped going to the shooting
range I usually go to... So now I jsut take my rifle and got to some empty lot
in the city or go out of town and set up my own, improvised shooting range!
hehe... gas is really expensive so even though I save the shotting range
entrance fee I have to spend some of it in gas... meh!
I play video gamez all day or draw (though I cant manage to put stuff on mt.)
Its somewhat relaxing to beat the crud out of mario in super smash. or shoot my
allies on Halo then regret doing it.

I meditate. Though, I don't experience much stress in my days because of it.
I draw, or kill things in video games. It relaxes, and if needed, represses all angry emotions by funneling it into imaginary creatures. ^.^
Work out at the gym or have a little session with my heavy bag in my garage
mmmm stress i play a lot of games like TCG, D&D, HAng out with friends...
Call me traditanol. I like tea or hot cider and the T.V. Reading manga while drinking tea works to.

drawing really hard, ripping paper, talking to myself, yelling in my head.
but if things are too stressful to handle, I'd take a nap.
I will walk around the garden or if i am outside i will walk near the beach to cool down or do lilo and stich method "Scream in the pillow"
Surf the web (like right now), read, play bishoujo games, watch DVD, sleep, go out and spend couple hundred dollars to buy mangas (I really did that).

Go beat up on my lil brother, or if i cant find him, just work out at the punchin bags. singin along to disney music works pretty well too.

Eat some food while watching anime and playing a game. It is really the only way for me to get rid of stress. Everything never really seems to work.
