My friend told me that Naruto's the rencarnation of the Fourth Hokage. He told me both has the same color hair, eyes..Until now, I still couldn't believe it.. Keep confuse 'til now.. Anyone can help me?

Hes not... Naruto is simply a container that the 4th used to store the nine tailed fox in. Thats from what I gathered so far from the manga/anime. Naruto was already born when the 4th was alive anyways.
