Okay, so if you don't consider the fact that there's absolutely NO background, you can still see that the extraction isn't very good (or maybe it's the quality of the scan you used, it seems old and a bit pixelated).

Just those are enough to qualify for the Quarantine !

I don't mind not having much of a background, but instead of leaving it completely blank, maybe try using a texture or pattern. extraction is quite poor, with that yellow pattern around the image. Either get rid of it completely, or have a border of consistent width. the font looks a bit boring also...

The extraction of the image is not really good.
The image quality is rather poor too. The bg does need some work, just a plain white bg isn't going to work.

poor extraction..background is too simple and plain..
maybe you want to give a feeling of simple and clean...
but i think you should work more on extraction and the background..
