i have found this picture on a imageboard and want that someone make vector from asuka from this picture can someone help me please thanks in advance
If you're going to vector that I suggest you use a vector program like Adobe Illustrator or Macromedia Flash. Photoshop is also good even though it wasn't really made for vectoring.
