Well my main concern is a regular GINN sword without any anti beam coating
trying to collide with a CE beam saber.

Oh, and by the by I asked this question because every time you see a sword try
to hit a Gundam or something the gundam never blocks with its beam saber, it
always blocks with its shield. so thats what got me kinda skeptical.
maybe yes? why else do they never use the beam/sword to block it?
besides at the molecular level, the chance of the sword/beam blocking each other
is so low that you don't even have to think about it (its just energy, right?)
It's realy hard to tell. Most series stop using substance swords early on before
the beam sabers realy become used that often. It depends on how the beam sabers
work but I would say that usually the beam saber would cut the sword in half.
I believe the beam sabre "should" cut through it, BUT, if its made out
of a diffrent or speacial alloy, no. Like if they have gundanim, but thats not
in this series...so i think it should just get cut in half. Great question. this
might help answer it though, in the gundam astray series, did that samurai sword
ever go against a beam sabre? I'm confedents its made of the same materail

sabers, but I agree, if it's specially made it might last. If it's just a
standard Ginn sword though I would say it would be useless.
I bet the GINN sword would be melted down to a stump...beam sabre can cutr
through all kinds of stuff...cutting the sword wouldn't be much different than
cutting the mobile suit

Can't a beam saber pretty much cut through anything much like a light saber? I'm gonna say no.
