Hi! I don't know why, but the pictures i
downloaded from minitokyo can't be opened. iwent online to "look for the
appropriate program on the Web". This window comes up and say "File
Type: Unknown. Description: Windows does not recognize this file type. The
following Web sites have a comprehensive list of file extensions. You might be
able to find information about this file type there:
FILExt". I can actually open the pictures with other program like Windows
Picture and Fax Viewer. But i can't sat the picture as desktop background.
Please help if u know what's the problem! This "FILExt" seems very
important as i can't open quite a few files already. Thanks!

add i the end of file name .jpg
FILExt is a site which helps find undefined file extentions; like a search engine.
Add .jpg to where.
to file name
example : u hawe downloaded picture "Fate_stay_night245161" , then rename him Fate_stay_night245161.jpg
