Hello there. here is my new walle. I'd like to ask you wether it is good enough
t obe published or if not then what should I change in it... do not hestitate to
tell me everything... I'm also
open for good advices how to improve quality of my wallies.... anyway here you
go...
humm for me, this wall is quite good, esp in quality ^_^
- i love the so clear scan and your extraction is excellent , but the
the outer glow you put in look...so weird..as for me, i hardly use outer glow
for my scan, sometimes but when
you use it, use something to fit both the scan and the BG, do you see your so
brown glow make renji seem to be...out of the wall because of the white main
color
- the...humm i dont know how to call..and dont really remember the effect,
but it's just...seem to be a drawing..compare to a so-clear scan, really look
like the two different part, you cant blend this two together after all , each
part(scan and bg) has its different style but to mix together...no
- the text: i luv this ^_^, nice effect and nice style it's
really fit ^_^, but some of it is hard to see...but that's not the main point
though
as my view it looks better

as i said, the scan is so clear but the background looks like a drawing, i dont
think they fit each other
why didnt you try in a new style of background, such as a lil abstract or scene
or magical, it'll fit the scan better ^_^
as for my taste, i prefer the first one.
but..again but the outline is still too artistic, which is doesnt fit the clear
scan of your. if i have to say, then...dont use PS Filter so clearly like that,
it only ruin the wall. i dont satisfy with any of your wall really . As for the
first one is better, i prefer it to have a clear outine
Maybe its just me, or this may be considered as another form of ghosting... the
lack of a definite landscape background makes me feel rather unsure about this
wall.
I could not modify the background though there is small problem. Scan is not in
very good quality. It has sharp edges and resized looks really awfull. What can
I do to improve it's quality?

What do you think about that: I guess I
need to modify background and add some text but still, do you find this a good
idea? Also squares in lefy upper side should be black instead of pink...
I do like the versions without the glow effect, and I really like the 1st of the
four versions posted (the one with Renji colored in the background). Though I
find that in this wall the outlines of the large image are quite harsh and take
away from the peice. I'd take the colors and use them in the very first post of
the wall's background version.
In actuallity - I think that the wall without the clear scan of Renji in the
corner would be just as sweet. You might be trying to do too much with this.
Because of the agressive nature of the large image juxtaposed against a more
calmed smaller image it seems a little off to me. The images are competing
against one another. You definately have a great looking wall, and I'd say you
should post the finalized verison in the gallery - Good luck!
I think that I like the very first version of your Renji wallpaper the best...
all the new ones are just ugly. =P
But for all versions, I don't think that MT will accept any of them. In all
cases the only background is a scan with a filter. The most challenging part of
this wall would have been the extraction. It would be like... extract scan, add
background scan, filter background scan, add text--ta-dah, done. And the gods of
MT wouldn't like that very much. ;P
As for the Byakuya one... you have a nice start but... the background is too
simple, and a little messy-looking... like... the squares are sort of
randomly-placed, it seems, and kind of blurry. Also, the extraction is pretty
bad so you'll want to fix that. I like the falling petals, though.
Also, a nice trick for improving the quality of any scan is to duplicate it and
change the layer mode to "Overlay", then to apply a Gaussian blur to
the overlay layer.

so yuor ponit is to not use glow or to find a connection between glow and background? What do you suggest?
if i were you, i'll not use outer glow or even if i use, a light yellow with narrow size of glow is better i guess
Well I deleted glow, just like you advised. Take a look at the wallie now...
as my view it looks better

Well I made some changes in wallie, here are the results. Although I couldn't find those styles... what prog do you use?

I like the last one the orange colored backing, it makes it look more manga-ish like the character is out of the book

I like the walllpaper the way it is, I thinks excellent! Renji's awesome! Love BLEACH!
Very nice, the contrast between the clear picture of the foreground and the grainier bankaii picture in the background makes for a nice wallpaper.
