I'm not mad, just wanted to talk you all about my problem.. well my problem is
that they deleted one of the art-works I made... I'm not getting angry because
the deleted it, but becuase what the reason was... they told me this:
melissa-clyne,
The artwork/doujinshi you have submitted entitled ~Orlando~ was removed from
Minitokyo because it was deemed not to be a clearly planned art piece. Please
only submit work that you have finished to a certain degree and show effort and
planning. In-progress works are not allowed.
The artwork/doujinshi you have submitted may have also appeared to have been
traced and not hand-drawn. Please only submit items that you have drawn by
yourself and not by copying another's work.
Also bear in mind that uploading pictures taken with a camera results in poor
uploads- please scan your doujinshi.
first of all, I want to say it WAS panned.... second: I put a lot of effort
doing this, It took me three days to finish... third: I DREW IT WITH MY HANDS!
that I copied a photograph taken from him is different... heres the link to the
picture: http://www.worth1000.com/web/media/68841/6317im014modti.jpg
If you want to see with your own eyes....
And finally, I did scan it... and it said clearly... MY SCANNER KILLED IT... I'm
sorry for not having a big qualitie scanner... not all of us can afford
one...
well just wanetd to say that... have this ever happened to anyone before? please
let me know.... Cus now I'm not angry... but when they said I didn't put effort
I got like $!& hahahaha...
i'm sorry to tell you but the link doesnt work. but i can relate to this. people
are always criticizing my drawings because they look traced. but it's the way i
draw it that looks like a traced it. i would like to show you a drawing but my
friend doesnt have a scanner and i dont have internet. btw, i think the same
thing may have happened to your siggy. i can't see it either
I drew a picture of Shinobu of Love Hina in my sketchbook from one of the
manga's chapters and it really looked traced, when actually I drew it while
scanning the original picture. People just can't draw "experienced"
these days, otherwise an artwork of that much quality would be considered
traced.
