Hi again budding userpage designers! Yes, it's me, mu-chan with a very important announcement.

As you may have noticed at the group page, SOME entries have been scrapped out. This is so because of the implementation of the new rule in the contest: we shall scrap out old entries in the previous rounds that didn't make it.

Let me explain further.
If an entry for the contest doesn't receive the quota of 2 votes in that round, and that entry is not the winning entry, the entry will be scrapped out.
Entries that will remain will only be those that have received 2 or more votes.
The other entries will be scrapped out.

That means that per round, which is every 2 weeks, you designers will have to submit a new entry in the next round if you want to add up your entries, since some will probably scrapped out, meaning, more userpages to beautify and more designs to practice your skill on!

And another rule: the more votes your entry gets, the higher the chance that it will get featured. So please vote,vote,VOTE! Voting accounts for 10% of criteria, so if you didn't quite pass in the color combination criterion which is also 10%, you can make that up by advertising your entries and hopefully getting a perfect 10 in appeal!

Only members of UPSD may vote, even if they are non-designers, so plug this good news to anyone you know who is a member of UPSD!
