why i can mostly download any ptictures with a low downloadrate under 4 kb/s ?
I have got a broadband-connection with a downloadrate of 2048 Kbit/s
(DSL2000).
The settings in my InternetExplorer or Mozilla Firefox are correct.
Is the server of MT often down or where is the problem?
