Hello there dear members of D-A , it's your long lost forgotten admin here. My
absence here and from MT in general has been long and many things have changed.
I for one wish I could say that the change was for the better but as far as I'm
concerned and the group sadly things have been going from bad to worst.
I appreciate imensly all your support in continuing to mantain the group as
active as possible concidering the staff disspearing on you. This group was my
project and belive me that I loved it dearly and wished it to succeed. I found
myself in a certain dilema for the past 3 months but now I have the answer.
As you all now the chalanges that were supposed to be posted monthly here were
judged by the admins. When the staff was made many of us had projects going that
kept their attention devided , leaving , as it was only fare, me and Kyo to take
care of these chalanges. The dillema I was talking about started with the
delition of my submits and naturally with my own demanding scadual.
Now I ask you the same thing I have asked myself.......how can I possibly judge
what you submit when my own drawings are concidered not good enough to be up on
MT?
These things beeing said I want to let you know that I do NOT plan on giving up
on D-A or declairing it dead.
The first thing that I wish to do is to revitalize the staff. I am looking for
new moderators, active people with submitions on MT and who are prepared to take
the responsability of beeing objective and judge future chalanges.
I have asked FireflyWishes once if she would honor us and become a moderator. As
far as she is concerned the offer still stands and I await an answer from her.
This new staff will be the one "in power" where the group is concerned
. I am looking also for maybe another administrator but that depends on the
answers I receive to this and if you are willing to give this group another
chance.
Thank you very much and I humbly appologise for
not takeing propper care of my duties ( also for inevitable spelling mistakes
that I made).
SilentNymph, my dear first of all i was missing you ^_^
i don't know why you submitions were deleted but be sure your a good artst
an exelent one, i envy you most of the time because of it.
i'm happy to hear that you don't want to give up on D-A and i have to say
"sorry"
for not being there so much, i was having some problems with my submitions
too...
it's good to know that somethings are going to chage to matain the group alive
and
i'm sure it will work out ^_^
it's hard to take care of a group (i know because i have this respnsability
too)
i'm sure all the members will help you to find the best way to continue and at
least you already have Kyo's and the other admis' help, and be sure you'll have

I too, was discouraged by the rampant deletion of my submissions but...
I agree that Fireflywishes is a great chice for Admin. Her comments are always
encouraging and constructive (for my work anyway).

Well my dear you are right!Some of my submissions were deleted also and after
months of not being.I find the new changes around here quit disturbing.And
honestly we all felt that you were missing.You know I tried my best to be around
in the group and it was like I was the only oen giving the effort to leave at
least a message and it isn't the only group at some I even renounced.
I am honestly glad to see you back and wish you luck in finding new mods and a
new admin!

& not too recent, but if you mean subs in general I have heaps. &

Well basically all it said was that I'd love to help out with this group as much
as I can. (And I can sympathize... my MT gallery went through quite a clearing
out as well... ) Glad
to see that you're back though!
I am so touched by all you supportive messages , they really give me the drive
and raise the hope that D-A is going to be the fun place it was ment to. I
really am glad that there are still ppl that care for this group , although I
must admit I wished for more to be interested in becoming mods. Still it does
not matter. I am sure things will change if the group is put on track again. WOW
- THANK YOU so much for the nice words of encouragement on for your
understanding.

that I saw it late and at that point in time I could not come back to take care
of this. I am honoured that you have accepted^^
I think it's safe to say that next weekend or sometime during the fallowing week
the new chalange on D-A is going to be up. I have two ideeas for what I coul
torture you with :P

Ooopsie, just came back from a few days of trek / visiting family, so i might
have missed the announcement .
First of all, i must apologize to SilentNymph and other mods / admins of the
group, because i haven't been very active (not at all would be a better term). I
could say that i had many things to do (WAR, taking care of the DSC), but that
would be only partly true, since i pretty much had a lot of free time... maybe i
got depressed by the 'brooding mood' of D-A (it's a vicious circle actually, if
no one does anything, then i don't either....)
Anyway, i hope i can be more useful in the future, and i give Silent all my
support for incoming events
(hope my new uni semester won't be too hard )
