I have received the following error twice in a row following (successful) submission of a scan:
"Fatal error: Cannot use object of type Authentication as array in /new/minitokyo/public_html/_gallery/submit.php on line 123"
i got this error too. but the scan or wall you submitted gets into the gallery anyway.

fix attemp, hows it now?
Now uploading works fine (for me, anyway). Gotta go and delete 4 previous attempts at submitting the same scan...
