It's been a while since that one incident I haven't try walling again. But now,
I want to try again, but with paticence and calmness. Now, I'll need some pro
and cons to make this wall better. I'll understand if there is something wrong
with it, but I'll try my best to correct it.
Nice to see you taking the initiative to wall again :3
Just a few technical specs, the extraction could be improved a bit. I don\'t
know what you used to extract but the pentool is also great if you want sharp
kind of edges and such Oh,
but for the record, because of the dark nature of this wallpaper you can get
away with burning the edges (colour burn) until it goes black because the
background is dark.
Scan can also be cleaned up a bit. You can grab Imanimetions (under Affiliates)
\'s scan cleaning tutorial and that might brighten up the colours a bit more
The background seems fine in itself, but it feels like more can be added to it.
At the moment it\'s this radial kind of blur effect after some noising of some
sort. Perhaps also introduce a few more colours from the original scan? It
really depends on what other ideas you may want to convey in this wallpaper in
addition to the \"bam!\" in your face kind of approach you have now.
You can try out some grunge and download some brushes and see how they turn out-
technical brushes can probably turn out pretty good with the mechy
theme.
Anyway, that was some food for thought
Let\'s see if we can get more replies rollin\' Nice
work!
There like what I have once said before when the old incident happened.
I just wanted to say what has been said, the extraction is still a little off,
but that said, I am not perfect, a little can be improved.
Here is something fun, try to copy your extracted image, and then set to Overlay
blending, and then blur it, this will give the picture a clearner look.
and then the background, for this wall, I definitely recommend that the wall be
given more space.
Since you are making her coming from the portal, I seriously recommend that the
picture be set to the side, this wall, the wall may look a bit more
better.
It also feels empty, I would like to see if the wall can have something to it,
say a cityscape, perhaps something like a manipulated stock image, which can
take some time.
Or, perhaps like a abstract imagery for the matching cause of the image itself.
