I'm having problems with my userpage content. The problem is that any Japanese characters (kanji, hiragana, katakana) show up as question marks. This problem started several weeks ago (shortly after the site went back online) and never occured before. When I preview the content (in the Userpage Content menu), there is no problem; however, if I update it, the problem occurs. How can this be fixed?
