The choreographer from past martial arts movies such as "Crouching Tiger,
Hidden Dragon" is back to direct the intense martial arts sequences for Jet
Li's final movie "Fearless". Jet will return to his roots during his
early days one last time for this movie. I'm glad he did. Those movies held his
best action scenes. Anyone up to see it?
No, but i will later on. I always miss the commercials and i hear something
about his last time thing so i was like his last movie? I guess i misunderstood.
Hope it\'s good.
As Jet Li's final movie it does look like a good way to end. Though it will be
amazing if it has the true Chinese story end where both the hero and villian
die.
Actually, the last post on the older thread is over 22 weeks old. Please do not
bump up the old thread, and do continue to post here.
I actually watched this two days ago. The action scenes were stunning-- Jet Li
is amazing. I hear he lives in the city (up in the mountains though) where I
recently moved to. Anyway the acting was good, even though I unfortunately do
not understand a word of Chinese.. ^^;
yeah....yep, this movie ROCKS! its storyline, choreography, & actions stunt
me. thumbs up to Fearless! nothing fears jet li~
btw, i have to add a note here which i think important as facts for the whole
background (for those who concern more on its show than its history, please
ignore this paragraph below).
First of all, the main character Huo Yuan Jia is a real person in life of 19th
century imperial china. contracy to the movie he is not a high class person but
a peasant. moreover, he didn't died (different from shown in the end of the
movie).
in fact, instead of gaining recognition, it became controversial due to its
misleading story. as a result, Huo Yuan Jia's grandson sued Fearless & even
demanded public apology besides banning its worldwide release.
it's already in various news. here's one >>>Fearless sued
wops~ who do you mean by Kokuyo? are you talking about me?
yeah, as far as the movie itself was
concerned, it's worth watching. but, better don't you ever walk out of the
cinema thinking "geez...really sad huo yuan jia died in the end..." he
never died in that way in real life. i'm more upset to see him dead tragically
& i hate such way of storyline. it's damn too lame, outdated. "not
another Greek-tragic style?!"

Saw it Saturday. The movie in my honest opnion was great. The
story isn't the typical "you killed my brother, you must die"
formula. It has many great fight scene's. A good final send off
for Jet Li
o man
i saw it before it came out in theaters
its was an amazing copy i got for 3 bucks
and it was the real thing
no english
just pure chinese
Yeah, I saw it in Chinese too.
Great movie, not only for the beautiful action scenes, but also because of the great story.

This topic was already brought up.

i hope very much to clear any misconceptions that might arise sooner. that's all i want in respect to this great master......
that's all, thank you.
All that over the movie? Jeez. It was pretty good though.
I was expecting more, but it was still better than his last movies.
man this movie was ancient... long beofre the cinema, the chinese had it. Its still good anyways
@ Kokuyo: Wow, really? Still, it's a good movie.
