I'm pretty sure this hasn't been posted yet (maybe it's just my comp)..
Everytime i post a comment (thread, gb, etc) and i click Post Comment, it takes
me to the Advanced options page..
and when it takes me to the Advanced post page, all apostrophies ( ' ) are
preceded by a slash ( / )
So either there's a new policy that I missed (in which i apologize for reporting
this) or there's a bug.
It's never happened to me before, when i hit the 'submit post' button, it just
says 'loading', then my post appears as usual.
I have searched for some kind of option in the control panel that would set the
'go advanced when hitting submit post button' an automatic option, but it's not
there, so i reckon it's a bug !
oh...ummm...when i hit submit it takes me to another page but i donno...i add
smileys and stuff and then i click submit again...

i have the same problem, everytime i submit a comment, it take me to the

frustrating because i dont want to use it! if this is a new policy, i suggest it
be fixed! fix it if its a bug too

new window where my comment was posted, instead of returning me to my posted
comment in the same window. I haven\'t been sent to the advanced options page
(except maybe once). The new window opening when hitting \"Submit
Post\" is definitely happening though. It's also happening in the gallery
as well.
I\'m using Windows Explorer and this has never happened to me before. This
\"bug\" is something new.
I take that back - I just got sent to the advanced options page this time while
posting this post. And I got the slash marks as well. (I left them here to see
what happens when I click the "submit reply")
Apostrophes work for me too (I don't think I've ever got that problem to begin
with). But the new window popping up thing happens with me though. Not on forums
for some reason (that works fine), just on gallery items and guestbooks. I opens
a new window, but the message has already been posted.
I'm actually having an issue with comment submissions as well... Whenever I hit
submit after typing a reply in a Group's guestbook it opens a new window. It's
nothing big (I just close it), but it's kind of annoying.
last time i check, it popped up a new window when i try to comment on a wall,
the new one show the wall with my comment but the old one which doesnt have my
comment is still there... which
mean there're 2 windows for the same artwork page if i comment
on a side note, it should now add the post without reloading the page (unless it
is a merging post) if you have Javascript enabled. Does that happen
too?

Happens to me as well. Its a bit irritating because now I have to remove all the slashes (/) which I didn't put in in the first place.
*had to do i again...
and me too. i just thought it was something new with mt but it does get annoying to hit post and it take you to another page to just hit post again

Same as Elves and fireflywishes, it opens a new page when hitting "submit post".
I'm using the latest version of Firefox, hope this helps
Tested and some added info;
A new page opens with the new post happens for the gallery and GB. Get sent to Advanced in forums.

Same problem on my laptop ;_;
I can't reply any personal msgs either... it just says '404 page not found' each time T-T
what is the url you get the 404 error at?
