lol,deathnote's rox but i m abit disappointed with the ending,i'd like to see how the world would become if light had won the battle and stay in power for a longer period,maybe the author is just too lazy to go on and to create many other chars as all he created has died lol

The thing abt animes adapted from mangas is that theres no surprises. Once you have read the manga, u noe the direction the anime is going so the thrill is not there. But still, i will continue to watch the anime cos i wanna support my darling L!

I've never read the manga but the first episode seems pretty good. Interesting plot, interesting character/s. The music is also very nice. Especially that scene where Light? is writing down all those names with that hand flourish of his.

This is one of the shows that I'll probably be following this season. Hope it keeps up its quality

The anime is awesome. I have watched three episodes, and im totally stuck O_o. I cant wait for the next episode . Have to see it ^^. And plus I havent read the manga (only in the middle if im not wrong) so everything is quite a surprise for me ^^. L is so cool too . Really smart

How does it compare to the manga?

not as detailed as the manga,but its already cool enough to see it move...looking forward for L to appear fully

Truthfully, ppl. The anime is alot sleeker on the plot, presentation is average but less entertaining as the manga. It's not up to expectations so far. However, the presentation of it keeps viewers grueling in anticipation for more. So, that kind of counteracts it's flaw(s)Yup, cold hard facts. Ok, i am not pushing it anymore harder. So, i'll stop here. Heck, someone write a review for it when it finishes and please be impartial about it when the time comes ? No fanatics pls. Just kidding.
