well I'm HimeWarrior and I would like your help cuz I'm new here and I would
like to be more like useful for the site but I actually don't know how to do it
and I don't know anyone here so I thought that maybe group administrators could help me a little with that
lol.
Moreover, I would like to learn how to make great wallpapers if someone knows
any site for that I would really appreciate your help .

administrators are those with the most control options of the many groups in
Minitokyo~ or did you mean otherwise?

A thread with a lot of Photoshop etc tutorials.
I suggest you get the following tutorials:

This is the policy. When you've learnt the basics, you can see if you can
fulfill the requirements there. Of course, they are basic, but it's best to read
through them and make sure you can do them well (example: good extraction). It
also sets good habits for the future
And last but not least, the Sandbox
Create a thread there, and upload your wallpaper to http://imageshack.us or wherever you want Plug
a link in your first post and people will check over your wallpaper for quality
and give you suggestions
