well F-o-E never had a wallie contest before so i thought it would be a good idea to hold one now (since we have so many wallers in the group)

Rules:

1). There have to be at least 1 (visible) feather in your wallie <----(really important!)
2). No collabs.
3). Nothing against MT Policy is allowed.
4). One wall per group member.
5). The owner of the wallpaper MUST be a member of F-o-E
6). Please don't submit "old" wallies (not older than 2 weeks ) (walls submitted in other contests can't be entered in this contest!)
7). All sorts of wallpapers are allowed (gomen but; NO Doujins)
8). please put the contest banner under your wallie. You can find the code for the contest banner at the group's page
9). The deadline for the submission of entries is on the 19th of November
10). No staff allowed
11). Submittions without the contest banner are not accepted

Prizes
.: 1th Place :. Feather of Uniqueness (Most Unique)
.: 2nd Place :. Feather of Creativeness (Best Creativity)
.: 3rd Place :. Feather of improvement (For artists that have improved in their wallie)

hmm^^ i like contests, but why were there too many wingcontests? *cute wallie, wings-lovers etc* i think another themes are good too...^^ but i 'll join the contest later,...cuz my wall isn't finish yet ,...

hmm this isn't really a Wing/heaven/angel theme
everything is possible (just add one feather in your wallie)
cuz the most unique wallie price goes to the wall with the most unexpected uniqueness xD

well, she said it! no staff allowed.. nyahaha.. so I'll be rooting for you all! it'll be an interesting contest if there would be a wallpaper with no wings, but many feathers.

here's an example: a chicken wallpaper! a pillow fight wallpaper! feathers don't just always go well with wings!
