announcing it right away. My apologies there .
Since Halloween and Christmas is fastly approaching, we decided to make this
round to have those themes. I'll make the details in outline form...

Theme: Halloween or Christmas
Type of artwork: Wallpaper/Vector/Doujinshi/Abstract Art only -no scans or
avatars-
Dimensions: 1024x768 / 1152x864 / 1280x960 / 1280x1024 / 1600x1200
Participants for this round:

The top 3, namely Yu-huang, royaldarkness and 09chiaki09, from the last round would have to pick their
partner....either nisnoopy3/LeNe03/pikac.
It would still be an individual's work, meaning the entries must remain six,
not three; only, the partners are allowed
to help each other .
Likewise, it will be rated individually. The points racked up will be combined
as a team. Thus, the higher the points each partner gets, the higher the chance
to succeed this contest.

I have a question to ask regarding bout the type of competition. I cant make
wallpaper,vector,doujinshi and others except avatar and banner. This is because
I dont have any photoshop program install in my computer and all that I can do
with "a very limited" sources is making avatar and banner. I know this
will be hard for me to continue participating in this competition. So, is it
alright if I submit avatar/banner entry?

I'm sorry but you can only submit ones that is stated. That's why we decided to
have partners for this round, to help each other . I
believe that you can still make either of those without using photoshop, MS
paint is very good one. The easiest artwork that you can do with that program is
abstract art , imo.

I'm afraid I will have to wait long before I can installed any new software due
to the problem I'm facing with my computer. I have some problems with my hard
drives and I "did" installed photoshop software before but because of
the complications that I faced make me to remove the software after I installed
it for a few days! (not even reach one week old!) TT_TT

can we create artworks that doesn't needed to have the theme of rivalry, i mean can we submit stuffs that depicts friendship or love
