its a bit too hard.
Well i'm not sure what else you can do but just soften the outer glow around the
edges of Sailor Moon or just rid of it and do something else. But its not too
bad so far
hehe i luff the wings sorta effect ^_^ ! that's really pretty =D! not too keen
on the outer glow with pink! maybe you could try something less obvious? like a
creamish light colour? and hmm
the background.. is too plain! is there anything you can do to that? i'll come

think that you could be a bit more creative with the background, maybe more

I think it's really pretty the wings are my favorite part. The stars add a nice
touch and I reaaally like the colors you used the match the picture. Suggestions
I'd say are change the background a bit. Like xmisaox said i think the
background can have a little bit more but overall i like the wallpaper a lot

Usagi,and then replace the pink outer glow with yellow instead and at the
elements section,set the technique to softer or others that make the glow
softer.Since your theme is 'Dreaming of the stars'...you should place her on
something like a cloud or something because the stars are in the sky and the
background colour should be of dark colour instead of bright pinkish
purple.Maybe add a moon,because that signifies Sailor Moon and thats all I can
say..I'm not sure if it'll help,it's just what I think.

The wings AREN'T that bad. The real problem I wee with them is that they're
(like everything else in the wall besides the scan) are in a pale pastellish
color. The scan is not in this coloring. So everything seems off to me.
The background is very boring to me. Nothing is happening. It's just a gradient
with a sprinkle of stars.
The glow does look weird and makes me wonder if you're trying to hide mistakes
in the extraction with it (yeah, not that I've done that before >.>). If
you are and absolutely can't get it right then I recommend a lighter colored,
softer glow. If you aren't I recommend that anyway. Or getting rid of it
altogether and finding a different way to focus your eyes on Sailor
Moon.
These are my opinions so you can pick and choose what you want to listen to.
