I'm not sure what you're trying to do here... are you trying to make a wallpaper
out of that?, if so, then I think you need a little more work than just putting
the negatives of two images together... MS Paint eh, it's not the best program
since it doesn't have layers or transparency, but you can still extract (though
make sure to save as BMP file while you're working, not JPG).
This should be in the Anime Pictures Dump
I mean this forum "The Sandbox" is for Wallpapers, this as far as I
see are just pictures you uploaded,
so please, either upload the wallpaper (the original size) if this are of your
work or... read what are the forums for before making a thread

Well...I use photoshop and never use MS Paint or any other program to
wallpaper,all I can tell you is how to use Photoshop to make it,I'm sorry.If
you're using that picture as a wallpaper it'll be hard..because there are a lot
of places you need to build it up,like the missing parts..So if you got a
photoshop,I'll come back and explain but I'm still new with photoshop,I can help
very little.There are tutorials provded too.
