Well standard is Macromedia Dreamweaver, albeit if you want to use it permanetly
you have to buy it, but there is the trial version on the adobe site *as Adobe
bought out Macromedia*
For free ones there is NVU, somewhat more user friendly.
But being with Dreamweaver there are more tutorials and industry standard, but
the downside is that it isn't the cheapest thing to buy especially someone with
not a whole lot of money

Well i use WEB PAGE MAKER. it's pretty good but if you guys knoy anything better give me a notice please
