I was just wondering why my scan Don't Breathe in The Bush by BlackRoses was deleted, since I can't figure it out.

I didn't delete it, but from the looks of your scan, each little bit of it is too small to make anything from it.
Most scans submitted to Minitokyo bear in mind the prospect of being turned into a wallpaper or something, and cut off characters aren't quite ideal.
The size of scan is fine overall, but the character sizes are too small ^_^
